Tony Dolz during the April 2005 Minuteman Border Watch in Arizona.
YES! THAT IS THE BORDER FENCE BEHIND TONY DOLZ
The Minutemen. Working Within The Law, Doing The Job That Congress Refuses to Do.
Notice our unprotected rusted and flimsy barbedwire fence between Mexico and Arizona. Between 2000 and 3000 foreign nationals, mostly Mexican and Central American cross throught this section of the border every day. In 2005 the Border Patrol arrested and released 155,000 other than Mexican (OTM) including nationals of nations known to harbor radical terrorists.
The Minutemen/women's role goal is to point out to the people of our nation how vulnerable we are as American's to terrorism through our broken borders. Four years after 9/11 our President and the Congress refuses to protect our borders although they take high profile anti-terrorist measures in other ways. Could the reason for their neglect of the borders as a security risk be that there are immense amounts of money buying influence and corruption on both sides of the borders?
1. The numbers are staggering. Drug and human trafficking does a brisk $150 billion annually.
2. Nations around the world take in $57 billion in foreign home remittances from illegal aliens in the United States. $17 billion goes south to bolster the Mexican economy.
3. Law-Breaking unethical business, big and small, have slowly become addicted to cheap, desperate illegal aliens that they use and abuse without fear of reprisal or prosecusion from our government. These law-breaking businesses put out of business good ethical employers who pay living wages and benefits to American workers. Law-breaking employers save hundreds of billions of dollars in wages and benefits while passing, for example, 10.5 billion in costs to the California tax-payer.
Why doesn't our government secure our borders?
Our government is influenced and corrupted by the law-breaking employers that currently employ between 15 to 20 milliion illegal aliens and the drug and human trafficking cartels that do $150 billion in trade along our broken borders.
